Ellen Harper is a Baltimore, Maryland-based artist whose work captures the beauty and atmosphere of the natural world. Specializing in landscapes and seascapes, she draws inspiration from the outdoors, translating light, movement, and mood onto canvas with a deep appreciation for aesthetics.

Ellen holds a BFA in Painting with a minor in Art History from the Maryland Institute College of Art and an MFA in Fine Art from Towson University. She also studied at the New York Studio Program at Parsons School of Design. In addition to her own artistic practice, she has shared her expertise as a teaching assistant in painting and design at Towson University. Her professional background includes work as a custom picture framer and an art conservation technician, giving her a deep understanding of both the creative and technical aspects of fine art.
